The Reality Is...

How the sex industry exploits young people

Adults Saving Kids (formerly called A-STOP) is pleased to present the video, The Reality Is..., as a part of our efforts to prevent the exploitation of young people by the sex industry.

A woman who survived ten years of prostitution and stripping tells her story and the reality of the manipulation and exploitation she and others experienced.

Viewers will find out what the sex industry doesn't want you to know, and it could save your life or the life of someone you love.

The Reality Is... can be used with youth in grades 7-12 and adults.  The "church version" is 73 minutes and is appropriate for Sunday school classes, adult forums, youth groups, and other religious education events.  The "school version" is 70 minutes and can be used in a variety of disciplines.

A discussion guide is included which provides ideas for using the video, discussion questions and answers, and a list of resources to support the leader.
