You can get involved

To be passive about the exploitation of women and youth by the sex industry accomplishes nothing positive. We invite you to join a growing team of people who are committed to taking action. Please use the coupon below to take advantage of the opportunities listed here.

Personal membership—Become a card-carrying member of S.T.O.P. and commit yourself to learning about issues of prostitution and about what you can do about it in your own community. A membership donation of $10 annually will bring you three issues of STOP Light.

Learn at home—We offer an eight-week correspondence course which introduces the issues we confront from the sex industry. The course includes video and audio clips and a booklet of information. An excellent opportunity to grow in your knowledge and understanding of prostitution. The cost to purchase the materials and course is $50. The cost to rent the material and take the course is $25 plus postage to return the materials.

Opportunities abound for speakers to help spread the message further. Use the coupon below if interested.

Viewpoint

Dr. James Dobson, a member of the 1986 Attorney Generals Commission on Pornography, said, "I have seen enough violence in the past year to convince me of the devastation inflicted on victims of pornography. It is on their behalf that we must intervene."

In 2002 our organization changed its name to Adults Saving Kids. Prior to that we were called A-STOP (Alliance for Speaking Truths On Prostitution), STOP (Speaking Truths On Prostitution), or Grassroots Ministry Alliance.
